Whoa. Packing up a whole house is a whole lotta non-fun. 😦
And yet, the anticipation for our journey is so very exciting!
Michael & I are foodies and we try to eat healthy. We’re not quite vegan, or vegetarian necessarily, although we lean that way.
So I’m currently trying to discover ways to cook with one induction cooktop and a micro-convection oven with grill element.
And always in the back of our minds is the fact that every ounce counts.
